We were never meant to walk with Jesus alone. God designed us to live our lives in Christ together. In addition to our regular gatherings, we’d love for every Christian to be involved in closer, life-on-life relationships with other brothers and sisters, learning how to follow Jesus with each other in everyday life. With that in mind, we currently have two areas of adult ministry where you can easily get connected:
During the week, members of FBCW meet up in small groups in each others’ homes. We’re aiming to help each other walk with Jesus by sharing each other’s burdens and celebrating each other’s joys. Relationships go deeper, prayers are more focused, and Bible application is more detailed in these mid-week gatherings. Talk to us on Sunday if you’d like to find out more.
On the first Tuesday of every month, the men in our church get together for a 6:45 breakfast at Market Street on 19th and Quaker. There’s not much on the agenda except to build biblical friendships in which we sharpen and encourage each other. If you’d like to get connected, speak to our pastor or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
